“Through love serve one another.” Galatians 5:13

Stonerise chaplains provide spiritual care to patients, team members and surrounding communities.

Our founders are Christian and seek to have a positive impact on the lives we serve by demonstrating Christian values, starting with our purpose of love. We are to love our neighbors as ourselves. We welcome and embrace people from all religious beliefs into the Stonerise family.

Stonerise’s Chaplaincy program is a natural outgrowth of Stonerise’s core values. Stonerise chaplains support our team members, patients, their families and surrounding communities. Our chaplains are local pastors who live in and know the communities we serve. Personal chaplain support (spanning in-person, telephonic and Zoom support) is available for Stonerise team members and patients across our Transitional and Skilled Nursing, Therapy, Home Health, and Hospice service lines.

Chaplain services available to the public

Chaplain Care Line: All of us have private, difficult struggles. You are not alone. Our chaplains will listen, support you in prayer and help connect you to additional local support resources if needed.

Not comfortable talking by phone? We understand. You can also reach out via email.

Prayer Requests: Our chaplain prayer teams are here to lift you up in prayer. We invite you to submit prayer requests. We ask that you not share the last names of those you seek to lift up in prayer to protect their privacy.

Daily Devotionals: Our online devotionals, authored by Stonerise Manager of Chaplaincy Services Pastor David Jones, are emailed Monday through Friday. They offer Bible-based messages to help people develop a personal relationship with God, bringing love, hope, peace, comfort, encouragement and wisdom to their lives.
