We are committed to providing responsible transparency at all of our transitional care centers. We continue to test patients and team members for the Coronavirus based on symptoms and CMS screening guidelines.

Our location status dashboard summarizes available testing results on an ongoing basis for the benefit of our patients, families, team members and surrounding communities while also remaining in compliance with state and federal Health Information Privacy regulations.

A “Last Updated” reference below indicates the date and time information was last updated.

  • Current Patients – Total current patients under the respective center’s care.
  • Negative/Recovered – Total confirmed negative Coronavirus test results. Patients will be removed from this total number if a follow-up test produces a positive result. Includes recovered patients.
  • Positive – Total confirmed positive Coronavirus test results. Patients are removed from this total number if two follow-up tests produce a negative result. Recovered patients are removed from this number on the 21st day after a PCR (molecular COVID) test produces a positive result.
