Stonerise Exceeds National Average for Team Member Engagement on Second Consecutive Survey

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (February 2, 2022) Stonerise, one of West Virginia’s leading providers of transitional and skilled nursing care, received high rankings that exceed the national average on an all-company team member (employee) engagement survey completed in December 2021. Results of the survey, administered by Retain – a product of  Pinnacle Quality Insight, a national leader in senior care provider, patient and employee experience data collection, show that Stonerise performed at or above the national average on 92 percent of questions asked to team members. Those results are an increase from 82 percent on the previous survey in June 2021.  

A majority of Stonerise’s workforce across all organizational roles and locations completed the survey, which was offered as a means of allowing team members to provide feedback and improving employee engagement. This is the second consecutive survey Stonerise has exceeded the national average for team member engagement. Most notably, Stonerise ranked high for people seeing a future with the company and being able to make a difference through their commitment to their work.

Feedback is being actioned with leaders across the organization and will be used in upcoming team member appreciation and operational plans. All team members will have another opportunity to submit feedback through the Retain survey in June this year.

Stonerise also leverages the Retain platform for new hires, offering opportunities for input and retention at critical 15, 30, 60, and 90-day milestones during a new employee’s first 100 days.
