Stonerise Exceeds National Average for Team Member Satisfaction

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (August 12, 2021) Stonerise, one of West Virginia’s leading providers of transitional and skilled nursing care, received high rankings that exceed the national average on a recent all-company team member (employee) engagement survey. Results of the survey, administered by Pinnacle Quality Insight, a national leader in senior care provider, patient and employee experience data collection, show that Stonerise performed at or above the national average on 81 percent of questions asked to team members.

Nearly 60% of Stonerise’s workforce across all organizational roles and locations completed the survey, which was offered as a means of allowing team members to provide feedback and improving employee engagement. Most notably, Stonerise ranked high for overall job satisfaction, favorable work/life balance and positive relationships with supervisors.

Pinnacle’s “Retain” survey was the first to be offered since the beginning of the pandemic. Feedback is being actioned with leaders across the organization and will be used in upcoming team member appreciation and operational plans. All team members will have another opportunity to submit feedback through the Retain survey in December this year.

Stonerise also leverages the Retain platform for new hires, offering opportunities for input and retention at critical 30, 60, and 90-day milestones during a new employee’s first 100 days.
