Hospice Care Team

“Stonerise provided a comfortable and loving experience while taking care of my husband. They were there for our family and my husband from beginning to end, providing great information and experience to all of us. They are amazing nurses and volunteers and were there to help at any time.”
– Alicia, wife of Stonerise Hospice patient
We do this through a number of clinician-led and non-clinician services:
- Companionship for a loved one to ease any extra stress on family members
- Spiritual and emotional support for family members
- Skilled nursing and medication
- Skilled therapy as needed
- Counseling and bereavement support services
- Home care (bathing, dressing, light house cleaning, meal preparation, laundry, etc.)
- Social worker support
- Help in finding community resources
Serving others through love is our founding purpose and daily mission. This is even more important with our hospice patients and their caregivers and families. We begin every day with love for patients, for families and for one another. We offer patients and family members access to daily devotions from our Stonerise Manager of Chaplaincy Services. We accept prayer requests for our patients, families and team members.
